Venison Roast
- 1-2lb Roast
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 1 white onion
- 2 cups steak but mushrooms
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar.
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp each of: sage, savoury seasoning, thyme, black pepper and onion powder.
- Slice as many 1/2 inch deep/long slices in your past as you have garlic cloves and stuff ‘em in.
- Rub the last with the dijon and then season accordingly.
- slice onions and mushrooms and place at the bottom of your crock pot, place last on top then pour in the balsamic.
- Turn on low for 10-12 hours.
- When ready to eat, break it apart in the crock pot and put the lid back on to let it simmer in the balsamic for 10-30 mins.
